Summary
- Contains herbs traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as calmatives and nervines.
- Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine and Ayurvedic medicine to:
- Calm nerves.
- Relieve sleeplessness.
- Support the nervous system.
- Free from added gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, or sesame seeds.

Dosage
- Take 1 tablet 3–6 times daily.
Warnings
- Do not use if pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Formula (per tablet)
- Withania somnifera ext. (root): Equivalent to 95 mg dry extract.
- Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) ext. (root): Equivalent to 62.5 mg dry extract.
- Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) ext. (root): Equivalent to 940 μL dry extract.
- Panax ginseng (Korean ginseng) ext. (root): Equivalent to 20 mg dry extract, containing Ginsenosides Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rb2, Rc, and Rd (1.68 mg).
