Dosage
- For thermogenesis: 2 tablets daily with a meal.
- For appetite support: 1 tablet 3 times daily with each main meal.
Warnings
- Contains caffeine.
- Adults only.
- Contains 47.1 mg caffeine per tablet.
- Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2.
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Caffeine intake of more than 200 mg daily is not recommended during pregnancy or lactation; a cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine.
