• Combines extracts from cordyceps, trametes, shiitake, and reishi mushrooms.
• Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to:

Dosage

• Take 1 level teaspoon (2.7 g) 1–3 times daily, mixed with 125 mL of water.

  • Chronic use: 1 level teaspoon (2.7 g) once daily.
