Summary

• Combines a broad range of essential vitamins and minerals, including biotin, lutein, and choline, with activated B vitamins such as folic acid and levomefolic acid (5-MTHF, levomefolate glucosamine).

Dosage

• 1 tablet twice daily with a meal, starting at least one month before conception, throughout pregnancy, and during lactation.

Warnings

• Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a healthcare professional.
• Inform your doctor about any medication you are taking during pregnancy, particularly during the first trimester.
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• Not suitable for treating iron deficiency conditions.
• Contains iodine; exercise caution if used alongside thyroid medication.
• The recommended daily intake of vitamin A is 700 µg retinol equivalents for women and 900 µg for men.
• If pregnant or planning to become pregnant, consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist before taking vitamin A supplements.
• Excessive intake of vitamin A (over 3000 µg retinol equivalents) may cause birth defects.
• Consult a doctor before taking while on warfarin therapy.
