Summary

Dosage
- 2 capsules, twice daily with meals.
Warnings
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Contains zinc, which can be harmful in large amounts or with prolonged use.

- Contains selenium, which can be toxic at high doses; do not exceed 150 µg of selenium per day from dietary supplements.

- d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate (Vitamin E) – 21 mg (equivalent to 25 IU of Vitamin E)
- Meta Zn® Zinc bisglycinate (Zinc amino acid chelate) – 38 mg (equivalent to 7.5 mg of zinc)
- Folic acid – 99 µg
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) – 125 µg
- Selenomethionine (Selenium) – 94 µg (equivalent to 37.5 µg of selenium)
- Tribulus terrestris extract – 95 mg (equivalent to 5 g of dry fruit)
