Summary
- EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids derived from natural fish oil, combined with vitamin E
- In children, may assist with:
- Supporting healthy vision development
- Promoting brain function and health
- Supporting brain, nervous system function, and central nervous system development
- Free from corn, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, yeast, soy protein, starches, and salt
- Free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives
Dosage
- Children 0 - 2 years: ½ metric teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily
- Children 2 - 5 years: 1 metric teaspoon (5 mL) daily
- Children 5 - 12 years: 1 metric teaspoon (5 mL) twice daily
- Can be mixed with water, juice, or taken directly from the spoon
