• Combines a synergistic blend of herbs and nutrients, including SAMe, St John’s wort with standardised hypericin, withania root, vitamin D3, and selenium

Dosage

• Take 1 tablet twice daily

Warnings

• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
• Avoid excessive sunlight or artificial UVA light when taking high doses of St John’s wort
• Use St John’s wort cautiously if you have photosensitivity or are taking photosensitising agents
• St John’s wort may interact with many prescription medicines, including oral contraceptives
• Not suitable for individuals using prescription antidepressants or with bipolar depression unless supervised by a healthcare practitioner
• Contains iodine; exercise caution if using thyroid medication
• Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; do not exceed a daily dose of 150 µg of selenium from supplements
