Summary

Dosage
- Take 1 capsule daily with meals
- For acute, mild anxiety: Take 2 capsules once daily with meals
Warnings
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
- Caffeine intake exceeding 200 mg daily is not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding; an instant coffee cup contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine
