Dosage

• Adults: Mix 1.5 metric teaspoons (6.1 g) with 200 mL of water and consume with a meal once daily
• Children aged 4–11 years: Mix 1 metric teaspoon (4.07 g) with 100 mL of water and consume with a meal once daily
