Summary

Dosage
- Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
Warnings
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Contains vitamin B6; discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness.
Formula (per capsule)
- L-serine: 100 mg
- Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P): 40 mg (equivalent to 25.52 mg of Pyridoxine)
- Riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium (Activated B2): 27 mg (equivalent to 20 mg of Riboflavin)
- Methylcobalamin (Activated B12): 1 mg
- Levomefolate calcium (Activated folate): 541 μg (equivalent to 500 μg of Levomefolic acid)
