Dosage
- For extemporaneous use only
- Common dosage range:
- Metabolic/PCOS: 2 g - 4 g daily
- Nervous Systems: Up to 16 g daily
- Can be taken with or without food
- It is advisable to begin supplementation at the low end of the dose range, increasing if required
Warnings
- Inositol has not been extensively tested for its effects during pregnancy
