Summary

• Combines Meta Mag® magnesium bisglycinate with nutrients that may help to:
  • Support energy levels
  • Support healthy blood glucose
  • Relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension
  • Relieve muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate
• Free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, soy protein, and salt
• Free from artificial colours and flavours

Dosage

• 1 scoop (7 g) twice daily in 200 mL water or juice

• Contains 52 mg of potassium per 7 g dose
