Summary

Dosage
- Take 1 tablet 3 times daily.
- For magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily.
Warnings
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
- Contains vitamin B6; discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness.
Formula (per tablet)
- Meta Mag® Magnesium bisglycinate: 1 g, equivalent to magnesium: 100 mg.
- Magnesium amino acid chelate: 500 mg, equivalent to magnesium: 100 mg.
- Meta Zn® Zinc bisglycinate (Zinc amino acid chelate): 40 mg, equivalent to zinc: 8 mg.
- Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P): 15 mg, equivalent to pyridoxine: 9.57 mg.
- Chromium chloride hexahydrate: 1 mg, equivalent to chromium: 200 μg.
