• Children's formula combining Meta Mag® magnesium bisglycinate, activated B vitamins, minerals, and nutritional cofactors
• Naturally coloured with anthocyanins from black carrot extract, which turns blue and red when mixed with water

Dosage

• Children 2 - 8 years: 1 scoop (3.2 g) once daily in 100 mL water or juice
• Children 9 - 12 years: 1 scoop (3.2 g) twice daily in 100 mL water or juice
