Dosage

  • Take 1½ tablespoons (13.5 g) twice daily, mixed with 250 mL water.

  • Excess vitamin A (over 3000 µg retinol equivalents) can cause birth defects.
  • Stop taking this product if tingling, burning, or numbness occurs due to vitamin B6 and seek medical advice.
