Summary

• A blend of herbal extracts and nutritional ingredients, including glutamine, zinc, shiitake, reishi, and St Mary's thistle.
• Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to:
  • Relieve eye redness and soreness.
  • Decrease symptoms of mild allergies and allergic rhinitis.
  • Support immune system health and improve immune system function.
• Free from gluten, dairy, and lactose.
• Free from GMO ingredients, artificial colors, and flavors.
• Sweetened with stevia.

Dosage

• Adults and children over 13 years: Take 2 level metric teaspoons (7.2 g) twice daily in 200 mL water with meals.
• Children 9-13 years: Take 1 level metric teaspoon (3.6 g) twice daily in 100 mL water with meals.

Warnings 

• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for an extended period.
• The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 µg retinol equivalents for women and 900 µg for men.
• If pregnant or considering pregnancy, consult your healthcare practitioner or pharmacist before taking vitamin A supplements.
• Excess vitamin A intake above 3000 µg retinol equivalents can cause birth defects.
